Under these conditions, termination of a listing will commence without any form of remuneration.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Other than content you own, which you may have opted to include on this Website, under these Terms, Tax-Smart-Retirement owns all rights to the intellectual property and material contained, and/or published by Tax-Smart-Retirement. All such rights are reserved.

GENERAL NOTICE
To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, U.S.A. and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Davidson County, Tennessee, U.S.A. in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Tax-Smart-Retirement Website. Use of the Tax-Smart-Retirement Website is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph. CONTENT USAGE BY FINANCIAL PROFESSIONALS
Tax-Smart-Retirement listings and listings information may not be substituted at any point for anyone other than the Designated Financial Professional for each individual listing. The Affiliate can terminate or suspend the listing at any time.
If an individual listing is canceled for a designated financial professional within 12 calendar months of the date of affiliation, any renewal of a listing for that designated financial professional will be subject to a new Affiliation Agreement with Tax-Smart-Retirement once the 12 calendar months are satisfied. Once an individual listing is canceled for a designated financial professional, the designated financial professional must cease use of Tax-Smart-Retirement materials and content in their business. Continuing use of Tax-Smart-Retirement consumer materials and content after a listing cancellation will subject the parties using Tax-Smart-Retirement materials under violation of these terms and conditions to possible litigation.
CONTENT USAGE BY THIRD-PARTY FINANCIAL COMPANIES
Only with contractual agreement with Tax-Smart-Retirement, including but not limited to written authorized permission by Tax-Smart-Retirement and agreed-upon terms with Tax-Smart-Retirement, may financial firms, insurance agencies, field marketing organizations, independent marketing organizations, insurance carriers, broker/dealers, registered investment advisors, and other third-party financial companies use Tax-Smart-Retirement and any of its branding concepts, consumer guides, articles, handouts, brochures, and any other content for Tax-Smart-Retirement. Listings by third-party financial companies for their appointed financial professionals are available for an annual basis only. Terms subject to change after 12 calendar months from date of applied listing. Each listing may only be used for one designated financial professional and is not transferable.

GEOTARGETING SERVICES – CANCELLATION RIGHTS
One paid service that our Authorized Marketing Associate or Authorized Marketing Suppliers (collectively “Authorized Marketing Service Provider”) offers to Tax-Smart-Retirement Affiliates, is geo targeted ad placements on select pages of Tax-Smart-Retirement.com. This is done on a by-territory basis. Each Authorized Marketing Service Provider reserves the right to cancel an Affiliate’s active territory within its geotargeting services in accordance with the terms of such providers Service Agreement. Furthermore, each Marketing Service Provider reserves the right to then offer this territory to another Affiliate.
LEAD GENERATION PROGRAMS – PARTICIPATION RIGHTS
One paid service that our Authorized Marketing Associate or Authorized Marketing Supplier (collectively “Marketing Service Providers”) offers to Tax-Smart-Retirement Affiliates, is lead generation programs. Any results from these programs are not guaranteed. Financial professionals participating in this program have the responsibility of following up with these leads personally and closing sales. Participating financial professionals are subject to the terms and conditions of the Authorized Marketing Service Provider’s Service Agreement. Each Authorized Marketing Service Provider reserves the right to cancel an Affiliate’s participation within its lead generation programs in accordance with the terms of Service Agreement and at its sole discretion.
